EVENT GUIDELINES
Catering by David's is a premiere, full-service, privately owned, fully licensed and insured catering company. We provide a complete range of equipment from simple to lavish, and WE are more than happy to assist you with site selection, coordination of flowers, tent and bar set up. We individualize pricing, depending upon levels and style of service, menu selections, and food costs. Our commitment is to leave your home, office, or rental space exactly as we found it.
Pricing Breakdown
- Food - Delicious and elegantly presented
- Staffing - Highly trained, courteous, and impeccably uniformed
- Bar - Including liquor liability
- Massachusetts Sales Tax
- Rental (equipment, dishes, and linen)
Staffing - All personnel are scheduled to report to the event site two hours prior to the starting time. (More complex events may require additional set up time.) Total staff charges include portal to portal, set up, actual event time, and breakdown with a four-hour minimum.
Chefs: twenty-five dollars per hour
Function Managers: twenty-five dollars per hour
Uniformed Wait Staff: twenty dollars per hour
Culinary Staff: twenty dollars per hour
Bar - We offer open or cash bars from casual self-service to full-service with tuxedoed bartenders. We can provide services, including full bar, beer and wine, cappuccino and/or espresso bars, fruit smoothies, homemade sangria, lemonade and ice tea bars. We are ready, willing and able to satisfy all of your bar desires.
In order to book a date for your function, a $500 deposit is required. A 50% deposit is required one month prior to the event. The balance is due on the day of the event. A 72-hour notice is required to cancel any event; the client will be responsible for any unrecoverable costs.
A guaranteed number of guests must be provided one week prior to the event.
